For local authorities

By sending a placement enquiry to placements@placements.elyndra.co.uk, you accept these terms.

The key clause is a 20% first-month fee payable by the placing authority at confirmed placement, where the placement results from an introduction we make. The first successful placement for any new local authority is free — no fee applies. After the first, the 20% fee applies.

We invoice directly via Elyndra billing at the point of confirmed placement. No placement, no fee. No contract, no subscription, no hidden costs.

First placement: Free. No fee applies to your first confirmed placement through us.
Subsequent placements: 20% of the first month's placement cost, invoiced at confirmed placement.
No placement: No fee. We only invoice when a child moves in.
No contract or subscription: Use the service as needed, stop at any time.

For providers

By claiming a profile on Placements or responding to a concierge enquiry from us, you agree that where a placement results from an introduction we make to a local authority on your behalf, you will notify us of the placement outcome within 14 days of admission.

We invoice the placing authority directly. There is no fee payable by the provider.

You can request removal from the platform at any time by emailing us or using the Remove my listing link on your profile page.

Provider fee: None. We charge the placing authority, not you.
Outcome notification: Let us know within 14 days of admission if a placement goes ahead.
Removal: Email us or use the Remove my listing link on your profile page.
